In the final segment, Pat and Vanna can't believe that it's 2022 already. Vanna hasn't thought of any special plans yet. Pat talks about Mary Todd Lincoln, had she lived...would've been 204 years old this year. It's gonna be a long year, isn't it?

Recap posted. Turned out to be a quiet day in life.

I no-lettered Round 1, perhaps in part because Kami mentioned game shows. An interesting coincidence.

Mike is another one of those contestants I wanted to see win something after just the interview. Another one of those times it didn't happen.

I guess I still have to clean up after New Year's, as I should've been able to get that bonus puzzle with those letters.

Funny they used Truth or Consequences New Mexico as a puzzle after Kami talked about her parents also being on game shows.

I didn't figure out the bonus puzzle until just before time ran out. It was pretty tough without the Ps showing.

I also had somewhat of an unpredictable day (had to get my car serviced…thankfully that took 90 minutes).

Not that bad of an episode due to Danielle dominating things. I was a bit worried that Danielle would crap out at the worst times possible, but that wasn’t the case here.

Mike wasn’t a terrible player by any means, just really bad luck on letter calling.

BR: Don’t worry, I was stumped as well. This puzzle reminds me about the episode that shall not be named.

Danielle cleaned up on the first syndicated episode of 2022. And I don’t think I’ve seen a contestant have so many close calls until now. Mike’s interview was interesting, and I wonder what game show the next generation of Kami’s family will take on.

I saw R1 on Twitter, so I no-lettered it. But I’ve never heard of BUTTER BEANS.

I solved the BR with Danielle’s picks. The P’s would’ve helped her here.
