I think I'll say this is the best episode of the season so far thanks to Heidi and Nitasha. Both were great contestants and it ended up being an exciting final round with the two so close in score after Nitasha got the TTU sweep.

Not sure why Heidi bought the U in rounds 1 and 2 when better vowels were still available.

Oh Nitasha, so close to winning. But, her not winning meant Heidi won and we would not have been able to see her reaction to solving the bonus round. One of the most memorable ever for sure.

Pat and Vanna sitting next to the puzzleboard after Heidi's win in the close was great too. Have they ever sat by the board like that for the close before?

Let's see what this offers...

R2: I can't believe nobody knew about the great Elton John tune. I thought everyone knew that (if you listen to K-Earth 101 at least).

R3: Boy Heidi had quite the reaction to winning the Ireland vacation, didn't she?

Also, the producers outright spoiled the value of the trip. her score is shown as $13,000 at the beginning of the trip copy.

TTU: As if multiple Toss-Ups weren't bad enough, we get a useless T-Mobile plug before that. -___-

Nice sweep by Nitasha, though. I no-lettered the last one since I always carry 2 of 'em in my wallet.

BR: Also RSTLNEd it (albeit not immediately). Heidi and that end chat are definitely clip-worthy moments for sure.

Also, it seems like some parts were cut out to fit the 30min timeslot.

Heidi was awesome, game was fine, production was somewhat sloppy. That's all I have to say.

This episode was wild, but Damon and Nitasha earned impressive totals.

Natasha came from out of nowhere with the Triple Toss-Ups! (I’m guessing she probably hasn’t heard the R2 song before.) If only she didn’t mess up the Final Spin… and Damon looked like he was about to leave the set after that round. By the way, I solved TTU2 with just the Y.

Saving the best for last. Now, Heidi… she was something else. It thrilled me to watch her win the PP trip and $39K in the BR with so much delight! She picked the right letters in the latter round, because I dunno what combo would’ve worked.

Hopefully, she’ll appear on a tournament of champions, if there is one this season… She’s one of the most enjoyable contestants I’ve ever come across! 😁
