I spent HOURS working on this animated spinning wheel GIF. It uses the season 20-24 layout. Credit to MarioGS for the peg ring. Hope you like this. I don't know how to make it slower.

It still looks fantastic. Now what program did you use to animate this? I still use GIMP for my animations, but maybe I can help with decreasing the speed.

I used Photoshop. I had to make 72 frames.
