Lora Cain is the guest announcer of the January 10, 2011 episode. Matt Molen's only remaining YouTube video of the episode has only the first three segments, but the following episode, from January 11, 2011 (Kevin/Kayte/Shauna) is one of the season 28 episodes to have a full credit roll, as I remember seeing this episode's credits at the end of Rashad1428's YouTube video of the episode before Sony Pictures had YouTube take down the full episode in the summer of 2011. The video ends before the third Toss-Up puzzle. If you still have the full episode, it could be uploaded to YouTube as unlisted, and it can also be uploaded to the Internet Archive so that you can avoid getting copyright problems altogether.
Here, with commercials, are the first few segments of one of Lora Cain's episodes as guest announcer.

At the top of this thread. That's where the video is. I know this is one of the season 28 episodes to have a full credit roll, and I remember seeing the full credit roll at the end of Rashad1428's video before Sony Pictures had YouTube take down the full episode in the summer of 2011. So January 11, 2011 is a confirmed date for a full credit roll.

Lora Cain was pretty good. But they really cut her short by letting Vanna do the SPIN IDs and bumpers.

Lora Cain was pretty good. But they really cut her short by letting Vanna do the SPIN IDs and bumpers. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the full episode. I do remember seeing a full credit roll at the end of the episode, before Sony Pictures had YouTube take it down in late June or early July 2011. As for Matt Molen's copy of the episode, sometime after he uploaded the episode in two parts (with no credits unfortunately), part 2 was either removed or blocked, but part 1 was unaffected. I guess it's best for someone to upload the full episode (with credits intact) to YouTube (as unlisted) and/or the Internet Archive.

Hey stanton, we appreciate you being active and commenting on these videos, but please make sure that your post adds to the discussion. Some of your other posts were deleted because they were only spoiling the bonus round and didn't have anything else to them. If you want to talk about the bonus round or something else within the video, that's fine, but it can't just be they won $X amount of money. Don't post just to post.

People who watched Wheel every single weeknight during season 28 have seen this episode with a full credit roll at the end. (I remember seeing the credits at the end of the episode before Sony Pictures had YouTube take down Rashad1428's copy of this and many other season 28 episodes.)

I don't have the full episode, and if you have the full episode, you can upload it to the Internet Archive, Google Drive, and/or MediaFire. You can also upload the February 24, 2011 episode to any or all of the three sites.

Here's the full episode (except there's no credits):
Also, the air date of this episode is January 10, 2011, not January 11, 2011.

I changed the thread's title because, as of May 9, 2024, I'm right about Picture Perfect Week, Day 1.
The January 11, 2011 episode is actually Picture Perfect Week, Day 2 (Kevin/Kayte/Shauna) actually, with the January 10, 2011 episode being Picture Perfect Week, Day 1 (Matt/Kacie/Sharmayne). I don't have the episode from January 11, 2011 yet. Sorry 'bout that.
I also don't have Sand & Sea Week, Day 4 (Lori/Jenny/Jared) where the Vanna for a Day contest winner is announced as Katie Cantrell, except for the credit roll that's found at the Internet Archive (archive.org).
