The purple color scheme for the set is... interesting. Little too dark IMO.

What a night for Howie, he really played well. He got the first two Toss-Ups really fast. Just too bad he lost the MDW.

I RSTLNEd the bonus round. Thought he had a chance, especially since he figured out everything but OFFER. If only he called the F.

Howie did great tonight. That was an amazing Round 1 by him. He won another trip 2 rounds later. He lost his MDW unfortunately, that would have made it a greater game had he not lost it. Despite losing the MDW and Karen's trainwreck, still a great game.

I had the first 4 words off RSTLNE but I blanked on OFFER

I kinda like the dark purple scheme

Despite the onslaught of BANKRUPTs (and a lengthy S-U), Howie played a great game. As for Karen…not sure where she thought the C would fit for the Trip Puzzle (but honestly, that was a weird puzzle).

Oh, and I no-lettered R1 thanks to the airing date.

BR: The last word didn’t come to me immediately, but I had it off the RSTLNE. This is one of those puzzles whether you know it or not.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, but Howie looks a lot like former showrunner Harry Friedman.

Howie cleaned up on this Love Day, but post-R1, things could’ve gone more smoothly. Not sure where Karen thought the C would go in R3.

I no-lettered R1, solved R4 with just the S, and nailed the BR with RSTLNE. Maybe the F’s would’ve done it for Howie here.
