Can't get in to my WOF account.

I've tried to log in to the Wheel of Fortune website, but the redesign for Season 38 required me to reset my password. However, when I clicked on the link to do so, the reset e-mail never arrived in my inbox. It wasn't even in my Spam folder. It just never arrived. I checked and I wasn't filtering out or blocking any Wheel of Fortune-related e-mails I tried several more times with the same result. When checking my inbox, I noticed I stopped getting Wheel Watcher's Club e-mails after early January 2020, about coinciding with me attempting to create an account on the Jeopardy website (yes, I am a fan of both shows) to take the Anytime Test, which didn't work due to not accepting any username I tried for that site, so I think the two bugs may be related. Anyways, after that fell by the wayside for a while, I thought to try again, with the same result. What it happening?


P.S., I'm not sure if this is the best subforum for this. As a matter of fact, I wasn't sure where the best place for this is on this site. Mods, if there is a better place for this, feel free to move it to there.
