This is very similar to Saudi Arabia's version only with a Mystery Round as the last round of the main game. میلیون means million. Despite multiple landings on it, I don't know the value of consonants on the Free Play wedge, although I wouldn't be surprised if it's 2.5 million tomans.

thing is, like Saudi Arabia, the lose a turns/bankrupt/free play move in the last round thus revealing more of the actual base layout
including a yellow spot with 10 million TOMAN on it
