I got the bonus with her letters, but it was certainly tough. Funny we go from maps in the puzzle Friday to backing up photos tonight. Wonder if it would've been easier as BACKING UP MY PHOTOS as a What Are You Doing?

We were close to having three 5-digit winners again, but $8,000 is still good for third place.

I no-lettered the first Toss-Up and was correct that APPLE JUICE would be one of the Triple Toss-Ups. As for the crossword, I briefly had a dumb moment not knowing what "electric bill" was supposed to be.

I was thinking KICK UP YOUR something at first for the bonus puzzle, but I got it with her choices. I also thought PACK UP YOUR PHOTOS might have worked.

Solving IT'S SHOWTIME, with only the E in showtime showing for the second word, was impressive, since there're like a million phrases starting with "it's." It's beautiful, it's impossible, it's perfect... point is, a lot of phrases. On the other hand, I can't actually think of any other phrase starting with it's that's both an 8-letter word that also ends in E, so if you lucked into "showtime" quickly, realizing it fit what was up there, I can get how he solved it so fast

It seems like John would dominate following that perfect 1st round, but Meghan did make a pretty sweet comeback in the end.

The YT comments spoiled me on the bonus puzzle, though.

I thought John would run the table, but Meaghan truly was the underdog of this game.

How ironic that she solved R4 and the actor John solved a couple of puzzles related to show business. But I was one letter off in the BR with PACK – why would I need to PACK photos? Anyway, I’m not sure what combo would’ve worked for Meaghan here.
