The 30's are over. What was your favorite season from the 30's?

For me season 30, mostly because it was the last time they did New York City shows.

I MIGHT get some backlash for it, but it’s season 39, with 30 being a close second.
Yes, there was lots of stuff going on that went viral for the wrong reasons (“Choosing the Right Word”, Mike Richards, Pat Sajak), but honestly, this season definitely had thousands of reasons to celebrate; the return of Changing Keys (although not as powerful and classy as previous versions), a record SEVEN $100K wins (including Lisa, Mark, and Bree), some much needed set upgrades (while not a total renovation, some elements, such as the spotlights were giving 80s “play for cash” vibes), the removal of Free Play, category strips FINALLY being updated after 13 years, giving Jim more screen time, and letting the players control the Final Spin.

Season 30 was a favorite, and so were Seasons 32 and 39. I was very excited to see $650 return for Season 30 (as I knew that could mean something for other retired values such as $750 and $850), I'm glad they upped the minimum to $500 for Season 32 as that helped award more money. As for Season 39, I was pleased to see $850 return, but the return of "Changing Keys" was undoubtedly the biggest surprise. All of this certainly made me wonder what exciting surprises are in store for Season 40 come September.

I don't disagree with going with season 39. The return of Changing Keys and getting rid of the video wall behind the contestants were definitely welcome changes. The updates for the season in general were all really good, though I do think there should be some way contestants are able to retain their turn like with Free Spin or Free Play if they call a bad letter, missolve, or hit Bankrupt or Lose a Turn. This plus the seven $100,000 wins including 3 in a row made it a fun season.

Season 30 was my fav.
Season 39 was a bit of a mixed bag IMO (and I think Pat's hosting days are almost over), but they did do some things to really freshen up the show (aside from Free Play being ousted) not to mention a record-breaking 7 $100K wins.

Seasons 30 and 39 for me. This season is beginning to make it feel more like classic Wheel again with Changing Keys, and I like the permanent backdrop. Season 39 would've broken the tie if not for the limited number of contestants outside southern California and surrounding areas.

Season 30 is my all-time favorite season of the 30s because of the New York City remote and I was in the audience when Wheel spun into the Big Apple. Season 39 would be my second favorite because of the return of “Changing Keys.”

Season 39 for all the reasons mentioned, plus I'm partial to it because it was the season in which I taped/aired.

Season 39, mainly because of Changing Keys making a comeback, the great set changes, and not to mention a surplus of $100,000 winners.
