I'm actually quite impressed with how aesthetically faithful this is to the original show. Many of these modern reboots have done a spectacular job with balancing the classic look with a modern touch. The set designers on Wheel and J! could learn a thing or two about this.
I do have reservations about the viability of Password in a late primetime slot, however. The format is so pure and, upon first glance, doesn't really lend itself to catering to that audience such as something like Match Game. There's a reason CWOF doesn't regularly air in the 10 PM slot. Who knows, maybe they will prove me wrong.

If you haven't read the article, some of the celebrities that will be on the show include former Card Sharks host Joel McHale, pop singer Meghan Trainor, and Jon Hamm, who appears in those Progressive commercials with Flo (It's Jon... Hamm, from the blind date we went on years ago.) Also, Jimmy Fallon is the executive producer.
