From the Sony Studios, it's America's Game!
WHEEL OF FORTUNE
ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE
EPISODE #2684
Here are today's contestants!
Victor Chamberlain is from Albuquerque, NM. He's a staff sergeant in the Air Force. He's been in duty for 15 years. He's in the 58th MXS Queen Bee. He's got two daughters (Jessica & Laura), and wishes a happy anniversary to his wife in the audience.
Kristine Lowes is from Fishers, IN. She's married, with one child, and another coming in early July. She stays at home fulltime with her son, and teaches aerobics parttime. She likes to play golf, among other sports.
Tony Navarro is from Gulfport, FL. He was in the Marines, and was a fine arts nude figure model. He did that until 1995 until he married Dawn.
*Pat says that Tony said a B, but I heard something closer to a Z, which would kind of explain the audience groaning. Nevertheless, neither of those letters were in the puzzle.
I'll be honest: if a nude model told me I LIKE YOUR SPUNK, I'd run away as fast as possible. However, when Tony does it, he gets $1,450.
Round 2 adds a $3,000 trip to COSTA RICA! Flying United Airlines, a lucky contestant could go from San Jose to Costa Rica at a couple different hotels.
Tony almost flubs the last one, but he gets ELECTRIC MANAGER PATTON out for $3,300. He'll get $2,000 more if he can find the common link between the three.
GENERAL, yes!
Pat notes that the score to beat to get into the Friday Finals is $9,094, which is in striking distance for Tony.
Thanks to CASPER THE FRIENDLY GHOST WRITER, Kristine has sprung into the lead!
DING-DING! DING-DING!
This is a critical round for Kristine, but for the rest of the crew... $300 a consonant would make a great consolation prize.

Victor: D (x2 - $600)
Kristine: L ($10,350)
Tony: M (DUD!)

A first-class trip to Britain worth over $29,000!
A trip aboard Queen Elizabeth 2 worth over $16,000!
A trip to Australia and Tahiti worth $27,000!
...and $25,000 cash!

Altogether, with her mom Marcy and grandmother Ruth, they celebrate $38,535!
Pat Chat: Vanna and Kristine are a week apart in pregnancy, and they compare bellies.
