(Sana Dalawa Ang Puso Ko, which literally translates to I Wish I Have Two Hearts, is a 1995 Philippine movie starring Wheel host Rustom Padilla based on the hit song of the same title.)
Rustom nervously asks Jun if he knows who starred in the said movie, and to his surprise, Jun blurted out April Boy Regino, a Filipino singer who popularized love ballads and novelty songs in the 1990s, and was well-known for weaaring baseball caps in public as a trademark. Rustom immediately laughed upon hearing the response and joked that he would not let Jun keep his round winnings.
Earlier, Jun won the Surprise which is a G.E. twin tub washer worth P7,800.
After coming out of the first commercial break, Rustom is seen to be wearing a black ballcap with his two arms crossed up-high (the gesture popularized by Regino) while singing "'Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin," one of April Boy Regino's songs, as a reference to Jun's unexpectedly humorous response.

Jun goes through to the weekly match on Saturday, and Victoria tells him that he has a shot of winning P100,000-worth of bonus prizes, and if he emerges victorious, he will head on to the monthly finals for a chance to drive home a brand new Nissan!
