In the final segment, Pat and Vanna address the "annual punctuation controversy". Everyone says there's more than one teacher, and it should be plural possessive. They've chosen the apostrophe before the S to honor the teacher as a being, kind of like Father's Day as there's more than one father. That's all Pat can think of.

I won't be the only one who thought the first Toss-Up would be COMPUTER LAB with no letters.

Talk about dumb trip puzzle solutions - this one could fall into the little-known "don't try this at home" category of dumb.

I got the bonus puzzle with RSTLNE. Common phrase, and pretty good letters to start, so I suppose Jen could've got it even if she struck out with her letter choices.

Not much to say other than that this was a nice little episode to kick off our salute to Teachers (and I liked the part where students talked about their favorite teachers). Only bad thing about it was the Trip Puzzle solution and the BANKRUPTs spun (which weren’t that severe).

BR: Yeah, they should’ve saved that for Celebrity Wheel. I wonder if Jen knew it right away and was too chicken to call J?

Despite the onslaught of BANKRUPTS, this was a decent start to Teacher’s Week.

Jen impressed me with her PP solve, because I was stumped on the first and fourth words. I honestly thought she had R4 in the bag – it fit her so well. But her car win in the BR was still well-deserved (her combo there was interesting).

Speaking of that puzzle, I got it with RSTLNE, solved R2 with just the T, and no-lettered the last two Triple Toss-Ups. But I thought TU1 was COMPUTER LAB with no letters.

My rating: 7
