The puzzle makes sense, but from this side of the border, I do find SKIING THE ROCKIES to be an interesting choice for a sixth show puzzle.

Nice solve on the third Triple Toss-Up. I had the first word, but I didn't think of EXTENSIONS.

I had another oops moment in the Bonus Round. I locked onto AN OLD BIRDHOUSE with RSTLNE (it could be argued as a Place), and I couldn't recover from that. I should've been able to get this.

You're not alone mechamind . I myself was locked on "birdhouse" and "workhouse." I might have gotten it if A for Atari was chosen, and it would have been more likely had M for Missile Command also been chosen.

Even so, I wonder if, in addition to $50,000, a 50-year-old Pong machine was inside that old farmhouse because today is 50 years to the day that Atari released Pong for the arcades. So a $50,000 bonus win on tonight's show was quite a coincidence.

One way or another, I did get some of the other puzzles tonight, and I'm glad Claire was able to snag that last Toss-Up because she didn't have a lot of opportunities to play.

It was a tight match between Gina and Adrian, but the giddy Gina’s $50K win in the BR was the cherry on top!

I solved that puzzle with RSTLNE, but GUM didn’t come to me until very late in R2, and I wouldn’t have guessed MEMPHIS in R4. And shouldn’t the last Triple Toss-Up be categorized under THINGS? 🤔

Well, there’s an exciting match between Adrian and Gina!

R2: Adrian scared me at first when he said he wanted to spin after the G. Thankfully, he didn’t.

R4: I found that K did to be a lot more understandable - Adrian was definitely thinking STEAK. Nice solve by him, though. MEMPHIS also never came to me.

BR: Even though the Trip Puzzle mattered for Gina to win, I still had a feeling she would conquer this segment, and I was right! Too bad I got spoiled off TikTok.
