London Hughes is a comedian and actress. She has a Netflix special in the works and is working on another one about where she wants to get married. What the hell was that second BR? Not sure if that was them trying to be generous but it felt considerably inappropriate and more like a regular maingame puzzle that was scrapped in favor of something else.

I seriously have to wonder what the budget situation is with CWOF this year because I could not name 5 bonus round puzzles I would consider appropriate for charity playing.

London had me cracking up throughout this episode, and Fortune’s hug in the PP was also fun to watch. Winnings-wise, everyone earned respectable totals in the first game, but London crushed it in the second game. (Had Bobby spun some more in the PP, he would’ve won the first match.)

Speaking of the Prize Puzzle, I no-lettered it, but I was stumped on the Final Spin until late.

As for the BRs, I couldn’t think of anything for the first word of the first puzzle; perhaps the C’s would’ve helped me and Fortune solve that one. I also forgot the category was not Show Biz. But I RSTLNE’d the second one and given the contestants plug things, I thought it would be easy for London… alas, nope.

My rating (for both games): 6

Hopefully, January brings good news.
