I only figured out Round 1 early because I haven't had lox before. Round 2 was pretty easy once the D's were revealed.

I thought MAP would be a more difficult word in the Trip Puzzle.

Low scoring Rounds 1-3, but okay scores overall thanks in part to the bigger Speed-Up.

I got the bonus puzzle with RSTLNE, even though I wasn't sure. MOGUL is just another one of those words.

Ugh, round 1 was brutal with Nina losing the big haul to the Bankrupt and then that missolve.

I thought round 3 was going to be A DAY IN the Resort.

I was guessing TTU3 would be High Point of the WEEKEND. Evening was a bit of a curveball.

I RSTLNEd the bonus, but it was tough with too little help. I figured out MOGUL after realizing it couldn't be MODEL since the E wasn't showing. Mogul isn't the easiest word to think of though, so I'm not sure how much calling the M and O would've helped.

Ugh, this game was so bad, that I think there was a reason why Skipps Largo (he's one of the guys on the andynwof recap team) took an indefinite hiatus from game shows as a whole.

Nina's huge BANKRUPT in R1 set the stage for a miserable evening and I was right that it didn't recover after that (the two bad missolves didn't help either).

Also, if you don't factor in XL rules, the winner would've finished with less than $12K.

BR: Was stuck thinking FASHION MODEL even though I know that wouldn't work. Managed to get it midway through the countdown.

Good thing all three ladies earned decent totals, because hoo boy, this episode was nothing short of nasty. 😬 Nina’s huge BANKRUPT, among the shenanigans of Round 1, pretty much signaled bad things to come.

So much for WEEKEND being the last word of the last Triple Toss-Up. I solved Round 2 with just the D’s, but got stuck on MODEL in the Bonus Round, forgetting there was no E. Oops.
