From Hollywood, It's America's game! Wheeeeeel Of Fortune!
Today's contestants:
Ina Nozak: Chiropractor and nutritionist, from Silverton, NJ
Erica Lee (returning with a 1-day total of $31,200)
Marc Sanders: 3rd-year law student at New York Law School, and has a part-time job at a small law firm; from New York City
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. We are playing for cash, and here's our first puzzle:
If you're worried about Charlie, he's read longer copies. Besides, we did give him a few seconds before adding a New Home Memory Craft 800 sewing machine (labeled SEW) worth $3,000.
Double perfection! Erica solves GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES.
Good things also come to those who wait, and now Marc can finally play. Time to hit that $3,500 space, and there's also a lot of cash packed into a tiny $10,000 space!
Ina solves SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND.
Ina was seeking a much bigger puzzle, but she can still find some big money from the $5,000 space. A trip to BALI could also widen her lead.
DING DING! DING DING!
We've only got some rude words on our mind, so to calm us down, Pat give the Wheel a Final Spin. Consonants are worth... $5,000 a piece!
Erica: F (DUD!)
Marc: G (x2) ($10,300)
Marc thinks it's BUGGED OUT.
Ina: W ($5,000)
Ina solves WIGGED OUT.
BONUS ROUND:
RSTLNE gives her:

Despite being in radio, Erica was nervous on the last show. She was just worried that she'd "get brain lock and not be able to solve a darn puzzle".
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. We are playing for cash, and here's our first puzzle:

Perfection! Ina solves KEYS GRAPEFRUIT MARLINS EVERGLADES. She broke free from "brain lock", and we can break out a $500 bonus if she can tell us where we are.
That was the easiest part. She knows we're in Florida.
The most difficult part is guessing what the SURPRISE will be. So what is it? A pair of Daniel Mink his-and-hers steel watches worth $2,245!

As long as the "brain lock" hasn't come back to Ina, she's going to take a big prize from us. We still have cars with a trip to Arizona and Mexico, plus the $25,000.
Ina takes a trip to the envelopes for the H, and it's a two-way trip, as she still has a puzzle to solve.

FICTIONAL CHARACTER |
She'll have to unlock something with CMDA...
...though Vanna's legs also seem to be locked.
She's completely silent. After time runs out, Pat begins singing, because the answer to the puzzle was ZORRO. He loves the song WAY too much.
While he was hamming it up, Ina already saw the $25,000 inside. She stays at $15,595 in cash and prizes, and she'll try again tomorrow.
In the post-game chat, Vanna asks if Pat wants to do another verse of that, but he's "Zorro'd out". It was probably before Vanna's time, anyway. Pat's also curious who played Zorro and what the character's name was in real life.
All that aside, Pat's curious about Vanna's son. He's looking forward to Santa Claus! Pat thinks he could make a guest appearance some time.
