From Hollywood, It's America's game! Wheeeeeel Of Fortune!
Today's contestants:
Chris Primozich (returning with a total of $53,404)
Arsalan Niazmand: High school math teacher, from Pacific Grove, CA
Betty Baime: Retired elementary school principal, from Marathon, FL
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. We are playing for cash, and here's our first puzzle:
Arsalan solves ELECTION UPSET STOMACH.
Chris solves WINDBREAKER & DECK SHOES.
We've suited up our Wheel with some more money including a $3,500 space and a $10,000 prize! Betty could use some of that money right now!
Arsalan solves THE STUFF THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF.
That was just a bad dream for Chris. This will be a good round if he hits the $5,000 space. Perhaps he was also dreaming of a trip to POLAND?
Arsalan solves NEAPOLITAN ICE CREAM.
DING DING! DING DING!
We dream of a day that we can just keep playing. Today, however, Pat has to give the Wheel a Final Spin. Consonants are worth... $5,000 a piece!
Chris: N (x2) ($10,000)
Arsalan: L (x2) ($10,300)
Betty solves JOHNNY-COME-LATELY, and as late as she was, she's won the game!
BONUS ROUND:
RSTLNE gives her:
CDMO can only give her a single consonant.

If we stare at that spinning Wheel for too long, someone's gonna hurl. Instead, we should all watch a clip for a holiday at Nashville's Opryland Hotel including theme park tour and Grand Ole Opry (labeled TRIP) worth $3,000.
Pat doesn't want you looking at the Wheel anyway. Just think about the board, and the $2,500 space will come to you.

Oh, sure. It had to be the $25,000 today. Betty stays at $10,000 in cash and will return a week from now.
In the post-game chat, Pat talks about Off Camera and its Vanna White Lookalike Contest. The winning entry was submitted by subscriber Audrey, and she and her friend Rosanne are both in the studio! Rosanne looks just like Vanna, and Pat asks if people stop by in grocery stores and say "Hi, Vanna!" to her. Vanna also notices that they're both standing alike! Audrey and Rosanne have been neighbors for 17 years.
