From Hollywood, It's America's game! Wheeeeeel Of Fortune!
Today's contestants:
Kathy Rypkema: Full-time homemaker and registered nurse, from Colleyville, TX
Joe Berino, Jr.: Federal employee at the Treasury Department, from Mililani, HI
Glenn Yurata (returning with a 2-day total of $32,995)
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. We are playing for cash, and here's our first puzzle:
Kathy solves HOT PASTRAMI SANDWICH.
Glenn was ready for a short puzzle, and by now he knows that the $3,500 and one-third $10,000 spaces can still put him in the lead. He was not prepared for this category...
"Megaword!" The length of that last round means Pat's obviously giving the Wheel a Final Spin. Consonants will be worth... $1,500 a piece. Kathy begins.
Kathy: T (x2) ($3,000)
Joe: H (x2) ($3,000)
Glenn: G (x2) ($3,000)
Glenn spares the producer by quickly solving TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING.
BONUS ROUND:
RSTLNE gives him:

Joe solves WHO WEARS THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY. He might dominate this game after winning the SURPRISE of a diver's vacation in...Hawaii. It's aboard the Kona Aggressor II and worth $7,092!
Pat: And you'll be picked up by bus at your home and- no. It's gonna be a lovely trip.

Pat and Charlie can fight over who rules the studio, but remember it's Charlie who introduces the duo and tells us about prizes like a Lalique Martinique vase (labeled CRYSTAL) worth $3,250.
And sure, just to prove his dominance, Joe will be the one hanging around the $2,500 space.

In the post-game chat, Pat and Vanna talk about the helium balloons on the set, and eventually they'll have to stop floating. Pat's heard that if they stop floating, you can take a blow dryer and they'll start floating again. Vanna is fascinated.
