I really like how this week they had shoutouts from some of Wheel’s original affiliates that have carried the show since the beginning. I think there’s quite a few others but I’m not sure. Like I think WPXI in Pittsburgh is one, and maybe KHOU CBS11. Though some of these have always aired Wheel but may not have picked it up in the very beginning. Does anyone know of any others that were left out?

If Wikipedia is to be believed, KGUN in Tuscon and WDIV in Detroit are.

If Wikipedia is to be believed, KGUN in Tuscon and WDIV in Detroit are. WDIV did do a shoutout.

I believe WBNS Columbus had it from the beginning.
I didn't know until this week that WPVI was one, too. I did know that Philly was the most popular market to clear Wheel from episode 1; NYC, LA, and Chicago did not add it until mid-Season 1, IIRC.

Another thing I noticed was I think they intentionally included all the ABC O&Os. And as some of you know, WABC didn’t carry it until 1990 (though they did always carry Jeopardy!) and KABC started carrying it until 1992. I thought maybe KGO in San Francisco was one but I think both it and Jeopardy! were on KRON in the 80s.

KGO officially took over airing of Wheel and J! on February 9, 1992.

I'm a Wheel fan who would like full credit rolls from the syndicated version without local promos.

Most of the daytime Wheel's entire run here in the Tampa Bay area may have been on WFLA-8 (NBC), which may have aired the NBC version when it premiered in 1975.
When the nighttime show premiered in 1983, in the bay area, it was first shown on WTSP-10 (then ABC, now CBS). The syndicated version later moved to 8 for a while, before moving back to 10.
Its sister show Jeopardy's first station here in the bay area was 8, which aired the show at 7PM weeknights, opposite nighttime Wheel on 10. In 1985, Jeopardy first moved to 10, airing at 11:30 in the morning. Jeopardy eventually moved back to 8 when nighttime Wheel moved to 8. Both shows aired on 8 for a while before moving back to 10. In 2007, both shows moved to WFTS-28 (ABC) in the bay area and WWSB-40 (ABC) cable channel 7 in Sarasota. In 2012, both shows moved from 28 and 40 back to 10.
After NBC first cancelled daytime Wheel in 1989 when it was picked up by CBS, local airings of daytime Wheel moved to WTVT-13 (then CBS, now Fox). In 1991 when daytime Wheel moved back to NBC, it moved back to 8, before ending its run early in the fall of '91.
