From Hollywood, It's America's game! Wheeeeeel Of Fortune!
Today's contestants:
Nedra Jennings: Student nurse going to school to be a Registered Nurse, from Lake City, FL
Steve Calandrillo (returning with a 2-day total of $51,592)
Andrea Rosenbaum: Sophomore at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee studying engineering science, from Calvert City, KY
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. We are playing for cash, and here's our first puzzle:
Steve reads what's on the board.
Andrea solves IT'LL DO YOU A WORLD OF GOOD VIBES.
That solve did Andrea a world of good already. Now she can trust herself to an extra spin, and we can feel good about her odds of hitting the $3,500 or one-third $10,000 space!
Was it wise to wait to use that Free Spin token? It could help Nedra after a $5,000 spin or even if she picks up a SPA.
DING DING! DING DING!
How about if Pat gives the Wheel a Final Spin? Does that sound fine to you? Consonants will be worth... $350 a piece.
Steve solves BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS.
BONUS ROUND:

Of course it was solved by the contestant who's going to wrap it up today...but not before he wins one more Wheel prize like a Sunbeam outdoor patio with barbecue and Omaha Steaks (labeled OUTDOORS) worth $1,996.
And certainly not before he can find a multiple on Big Money! This is his last chance to do that on the $2,500 space.

Nedra | Steve | Andrea |
$5,650 | $3,200 |
Things might have worked out for Nedra if she didn't finish with an unlucky spin. She ends up with the nice parting gifts.
BONUS ROUND:
Wouldn't it be wild if Steve finished with more than his current $57,242 in cash and prizes? Before his retirement, he could take one of these:
Trip to Spain and Morocco (almost $19,000)
Saab 900 SE convertible (over $39,000)
Ballooning in Italy (over $20,000)
"Good ol' American cash" ($25,000)
Saab 900 SE convertible (over $39,000)
Ballooning in Italy (over $20,000)
"Good ol' American cash" ($25,000)
There's no P-C-F-A in the envelope holder. Steve must begrudgingly accept the second E, and he must also accept this last puzzle from Vanna:

We didn't even need to ask. It will be PCFA again...
...and Vanna doesn't need to do a thing.
But she can stand there in surprise! Steve instantly solves GENIUS...
...and he'll finish by taking $25,000! Steve heads out with a grand total of $82,242!
In the post-game chat, Pat asks Steve how much he won. "82 thousand dollars!" as he claps like a child.
Now, as for Vanna, something has been bothering her for 12 years. Pat can't believe she has not spoken up! The bonus platform (or "BP") has something about it. Vanna walks Pat over to it, and it looks weird that when the guests come onstage for a Bonus Round win, they're all standing below the step and look a little shorter. Vanna just wants people to know that the contestant and Pat are up on a platform. She just feels better talking about that.
