I don't have much to add besides what has already been shared. Bob and Price were instrumental in growing my love of the genre, and for that he will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Believe it or not, former Wheel of Fortune executive producer Mike Richards was the executive producer of TPiR: A Tribute to Bob Barker. I don't recall about Mike as the EP for Barker's Price, but I do know that he was the EP for Drew Carey's Price since day one.

Syd Vinnedge was in charge of Drew's first two years. Mike joined as co-EP in season 37 and was officially in charge beginning in season 38.
Mike also confirmed his involvement on Instagram.

I remembered how shocked I was when I saw that he died. I really thought there was going to be a something leading up to it warning us in advance. (like a story saying he was ill or something).
I mean I had a feeling something was going wrong when he did not show up last special episode and they said he is not able but I was shocked the day I saw it written he died. but now I have had enough time to sort out my feelings.
he was not the host I grew up with. I begin watching from let's make a deal due to my parents confusing it with deal or no deal. but over the years I have seen clips of many of his moment on the Internet (like his first episode and Best moment compilations). Game shows funniest moments and now the Pluto channel. it is nice now that the Pluto channel is always there when you need it. his legacy might be a little more complicated than most but we remember the good and the bad.

He had been in ill health the last few years, though it didn't get too much press. Not to mention he was 99 years old. He also decided to stop doing public appearances following being on the April Fools episode of Price is Right in 2015. |

I've already been keeping up on Golden-Road, and this was shared on the tribute thread: May Bob Barker RIP! Also, did you guys know he guest-voiced on Spongebob Squarepants? It was an episode where SpongeBob took in a stray snail, but Patrick tells everybody he's a snail sanctuary, so everyone is dropping off strays, so he becomes a crazy snail guy. A guy named Bob Barnacle helps him overcome his addiction. I don't remember the full episode name, but it had Sanctuary in its name.
Also, why does Vanna's name tag look like the Best Buy logo, lol.

The episode is called "Sanctuary!". And all Price nametags look like that, really.
