Brendan Hunt is a 2-time Emmy winner and writer/actor. He's done with "Ted Lasso", so he's figuring out the next thing. He's got a solo comedy show in New York called "The Movement You Need". He's actually been a big soccer fan since he moved to Amsterdam. He's playing for the Steps of Faith Foundation, a nonprofit that helps amputees get artificial limbs.
Melissa Villaseñor's done SNL on six years. She did great as Dolly Parton and Owen Wilson. She hosts a podcast called "Laughing by Myself". She grew up without cable TV, so she liked local channel men. As a matter of fact, she takes initiative and swaps places with Brendan. She's playing for TreePeople, an organization that helps maintain the trails of Los Angeles and "keep the planet good and healthy".
Joe Buck has lost count of his eight or so Emmys. He still calls football on Mondays with Troy Aikman on ESPN. He gets recognized by voice a lot. He likes hot coffee. He's playing for the St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation, a top-10 hospital.

Brendan really cleaned up in both episodes, probably the best performance on CWOF ever to date.

What else can I say? Oh, what a night for Brendan and the Steps of Faith Foundation! Congratulations to them! Melissa and Joe also did well for themselves and their charities despite Brendan dominating the evening. So kudos to them as well.

What a way to start the season! I want more nights like this! Then again, who doesn't?

Brendan started season 4 with a bang! 👏🏾

I figured he’d dominate given his performance on Celebrity Jeopardy! in January. He picked the right vowel in the first Bonus Round, and I was hoping he’d win $1 million the second time around, but two $100K wins in a row is a blast to watch.

Melissa was fortunate to solve the puzzles she did; I didn’t expect her and Brendan to switch places. She is hilarious. Joe didn’t have the best of luck, but he had nice compliments.

The only real downers were the ugly second round in the first match and the messy first round in the second match. And I no-lettered the last three rounds of the second game.

And oops – I forgot Jim doesn’t announce the amount celebrities win in the Bonus Round.

My ratings: 8 and 9

Here’s to an even better season than the previous one. 🤞🏾
