I don't know about you, but I wouldn't play at a casino where I knew the games were being rigged in favor of or against particular players. I otherwise think you make good, important points with your argument. You've obviously never played a slot machine before. Plus many of the table games have a house edge, meaning you're already at a disadvantage even before you put money on the table. You don't typically have more than one player playing a given slot machine at a time, though. And yes, table games do have a house edge, but that's tangential to what I'm trying to say. Say you and I are at a craps table together and I bet the pass line, but you bet the don't pass line. Assume we don't make any other bets. Yes, the odds of each of our bets is a little different (and you'd be more likely to win your bet than I would mine in this case), but the casino is not allowed to, say, put in rigged dice so that one of us is more or less likely to win our bet than if the dice were fair.
