In the post-game chat, Pat talks about one of the most charming hotels in New Orleans, Hotel Monteleone. Tennessee Williams, Ernest Hemingway, and William Faulkner all considered it their favorite hotel in New Orleans. They enjoy some of the hotel's signature Seafood & Fried Okra Gumbo. Plenty of ingredients including crabmeat, crawfish, and shrimp. Then they use crab stock made with blue crabs, dark brown roux, and fried okra in Cajun corn flour.
