Yesterday's Jeopardy! episode was the 9000th episode. It occured during the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament. Matt Jackson one of my favorite champions was on it and won and moves on to the semifinals! They had a category for Johnny Gilbert since he's been the only person to be in every single episode. Now, as you know, the show was numbered #9065 because of the Season 1 shows counted as new shows. I really wish Wheel didn't mess with their show numbers in Season 37. Because before, it may have been only one show off if Season 13 only had 194 episodes. Wheel's show S-8000 is on May 24th. I still think they should celebrate the 8000th show on S-8000 even know it's not really the 8000th episode because Pat is still the host. And they celebrated the 3000th and 4000th shows earlier as well.
