Alright, there are probably more things to clarify, adjust, and fix, but at a basic level I think everything is in readiness!
I have now released my STL files and instructions for building a 3D printed "Tabletop Gaming Wheel" for all to use! Enjoy, and build responsibly.
Fair warning, it's probably not a project for those faint of heart, light of pocket, tight for time, or cramped for space. But if anyone undertakes the risk of attempting to build one, I will certainly incorporate their feedback into improvements.
