After reading the rules for this section, I believe that I am allowed to do a recap in this section. (If this turns out to be untrue, I completely 100% apologize for my misunderstanding). With that being said, I noticed that this episode wasn't in the recap directory, so I'm trying my hand at this. Without further ado, here is the recap for July 15, 1975...
======================
Charlie O’Donnell’s Opening: Take a look at this 1975 automobile. This home entertainment center including a piano and a color television. This outdoor activity showcase including his and her motorcycles and a sailboat. And this modified kitchen including a microwave oven and a refrigerator freezer. These are just some of the many exciting prizes available. Total retail value of all these prizes, more than $20,000! And are yours to buy today on Wheel of Fortune! And now here’s your host, Chuck Woolery!
Chuck introduces Susan and since this is 1975, Susan is introducing us to our contestants.
Contestants: (since this is an audio only recording, some names may be misspelled)
Michael/Mike Ostro(?): our returning champion from Toronto, Canada. He has a two-day total of $2,700 in prizes.
Laura Osmond(?): from Sylmar California.
Bobby Putnam: from Marina Del Rey, California.
Before Chuck continues the interviews, he and Susan briefly talk about how beautiful Marina Del Rey and other places in California are.
Opening Spin Spiel: Top dollar value on the wheel for the first round is $500. Look out for this black space BANKRUPT because if you hit it, you’ll lose all your cash but not your merchandise because once you buy a prize, it’s yours to keep. (Also, since this is 1975, we have a Buy A Vowel space out there as well.)
Round 1 Puzzle:

Linda: (Mellow Yellow, as Chuck says)

P R _ N C E
