For the fans who haven’t gotten the memo yet, the rumor that “cars have been permanently discontinued” is wrong; just a heads up!  Another thing to note; the wheel’s base now spins in a multicolored direction instead of repeatedly flashing blue. Andy played well; the $6K Final Spin helped, but it was a shame he couldn’t get the first word in the bonus round. |

Time for a R5? In this economy?
How the heck do you get PRINCIPLE but not BASED? Was B or D really necessary to solve that? B pretty much clinches it, but I don’t think a lot of players really need either or to get that.

The set looks really nice this week, love the added colors on the wheel base. Also great to get another $5,000 Final Spin hit, and apparently cars in the bonus round aren't gone yet.
Ugh, again the contestant just can't put the bonus puzzle together for the solve.

What a good game Morgan and Andy put up. Andy did good in the first 2 rounds but only came out with about $6000 in those 2 rounds. But thanks to the final spin hitting $5000 he was able to bounce back and win. I had Round 1 off the T’s. I had BASED ON off RSTLNE but PRINCIPLE with his picks. I hate he lost but I’m glad he talked it out.

Several things surprised me about this holiday episode. When did they add “The” to the theme’s name, and the vehicles are back?! 🤯 Anyway, while Morgan gave Andy the upset with her Final Spin… How the heck do you get PRINCIPLE but not BASED? Was B or D really necessary to solve that? B pretty much clinches it, but I don’t think a lot of players really need either or to get that. …I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps Andy needed the A on top to complete his comeback; I thought he’d choose Food & Drink for the Bonus Round. I no-lettered Rounds 1 and 3, the former probably because I just went to Yosemite a couple of weeks ago. My rating: 6 |
