I just recently purchased a Nintendo Wii this past weekend, and I must say it really fills more of my time and helps combat boredom!
I do have one question to ask: I noticed that all of the puzzles I experienced took up only 2 rows max, even when I chose the Easy or Medium levels. Are there any puzzles on the Wii game that take up more than 2 rows?
And no, I chose not to view the Wii videos in Real Wheels for spoiler reasons.

There are indeed puzzles on the Wii game that take up more than two rows. In fact, there are quite a bit that take up three and even all four rows. I should know because I have the game myself and have played it lots of times. You probably haven't gotten the longer puzzles on your copy yet, but they'll show up eventually.
EDIT: BTW, the Wii WOF videos in the Real Wheels section are my videos of the game.

Are you playing with or without computer players? In the solo mode, the puzzles are generally shorter and more difficult. Regardless of which mode you play, the Toss Ups and the Speed Up round are always two rows or less, just like on the show. While playing with computer players, most of the three and four-row puzzles are Prize Puzzles. A lot of the other puzzles are shorter because they're more "straightforward" so families and more casual viewers will have a better experience playing it. There's no press for time in the game like on the show.
(When I say "straightforward," I mean just average puzzles without any extra adjectives and such added in for length or to make it easier for players since it means more letters, such as "CHICKEN BREAST" vs. "JUICY OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN BREAST".)

I've seen more 3 line puzzle vs. 4 line ones. One three liner that comes to mind is SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING. I can't think of and 4 liners off the top of my head.

I played the Wii game for only a third time so far, and while I have yet to see a puzzle with 3 rows, I did finally see one that takes up 4 rows.
