It's Day Four of the Season 7 Premiere Week and so far, over $97,000 has been won! Let's see how much will be added to that!
-----------------------------------------
It's a new season, with a new theme, and new fabulous prizes! America's Most Watched Game Show has a ton of money and prizes in store tonight, over $179,000 is just waiting to be won on... Wheel of Fortune! And these three contestants are here to make their dreams of winning Wheel of Fortune a reality.
Brian Marlin: All Brian tells us is that he's an attorney.
John Davidson: Our doctor and musician is back with us for a second time and he has earned $7,900 which is an all-cash total.
Linda Wilkerson: Didn't mention any occupation.
Who will dominate on Night 4 of the Premiere Week? Will John be able to maintain his champion status? Will Linda or Brian claim that title as their own? There's one way to find out and it's right down there.
As always, we start with a $1,000 wedge on the wheel, but also, the Bankrupt that deletes your score and deletes your turn. But if it deleted you, it wouldn't be any fun. Now, here's the first category of the night, it's a Thing.
As always, the player in Red goes first, and that's Brian. He spins and calls two Ts for $2,000! But then he thinks the first word is THE, so he calls the H on the purple $400, only to be told that there aren't any. John gets his first spin of the night, but calls his first dud of the night right after. Now Linda gets to spin and she gets to Bankrupt. Immediately after that, Brian duds with an E. Back to John, who calls a bad L after landing on the red $200. Now it's Linda's turn again, but not for long, she called an N nowhere to be found. Back over to Brian, who puts up the Rs, but LATs after that. Play goes to John, but he Bankrupts, so it goes to Linda.
Winning money is her TOP PRIORITY and Linda gets some, with
$1,450!
Brian:
John:
Linda: $1,450
MINI ROUND OF DUDS!
Bankrupts: 2 (John - $0), (Linda - $0)
Lose a Turns: 1 (Brian - $2,050)
Duds: 5 (Brian (2) - H, E - $2,000, $1,750), (John (2) - S, L - both with $0), (Linda - N - $0)
Missolves: 0
We have warmed up, but now it's time for some big cash to come into play, so $2,500 is on the wheel, but a prize is coming to, a collection of cassette tapes and a television, valued at $3,589 (marked VIDEO on wheel)! Here's the Round 2 puzzle, it's a Phrase.
Our retuning champion gets to start this round, but can't keep his turn for long, since Lose a Turn gets him. Now it's Linda's turn, but she can't keep it for long either, since she calls a bad S on the yellow $500. Over to Brian, who thinks there could be a Y up there, but there isn't. John's luck doesn't get any better because when he gets his turn back, he Bankrupts that and $150 away! Linda puts up some more letters, but Lose a Turn stops her from putting up any more. Brian then completes the second word, but buying a U didn't help him. John controls the rest of the round and calls a $2,500 C! And he solves...
I don't think HE ARRIVED INCOGNITO, but John racked up double Linda's score!
Brian: Doesn't know how to buy vowels correctly.
John: $2,900
Linda: $1,450
Bankrupts: 1 (John - $150)
Lose a Turns: 2 (John - $150), (Linda - $1,700)
Duds: 3 (Brian (2) - Y, U - $0, $750), (Linda - S - $1,400)
Missolves: 0
In the middle of two $900s, the $3,500 wedge is a beauty and it's the top dollar of this round! Now, the next puzzle is People, which doesn't always mean proper names, unless you want it to.
Linda does a lot of work, but after putting up more than half the puzzle, the Bankrupt stops her from making a Perfect Round. Soon after that...
Brian ties John with THE GREATEST NAMES IN SPORTS!
Brian: $2,900
John: $2,900
Linda: $1,450
Bankrupts: 1 (Linda - $2,950)
Lose a Turns: 0

This game has been low scoring so far, but the $5,000 wedge is here to change that. And if that wasn't enough, there's also another prize on the wheel. Red ruby and diamond ear clips worth $7,000 (marked RUBIES on wheel)! Thing is the category for this puzzle.
Brian starts this round and calls an F, knowing that the second word is OF. And then he buys two Os. After putting up the T, he calls a dud S on the purple $350. John lights up the N and right after that, speedup starts. Pat gives the wheel final spin and he has great luck tonight since his final spin lands on $5,000! John starts with a dud P and then Linda calls a bad R. Back to Brian, who puts up a $5,000 L, but can't solve. John and Linda call the H and G, respectively, but neither one can figure this out. After that, Brian pushes his score to five figures with a C, but still doesn't know it. John calls the B...
...and is now a 2-day champion by solving BEACON OF LIGHT for $10,200!
Brian: $2,900
John: $13,100
Linda: $1,450
Bankrupts: 0
Lose a Turns: 0
Duds: 3 (Brian - S - $250), (John - P - $200), (Linda - R - $0)
Missolves: 0
John has been here before, but couldn't win, now he gets to try it again! The prizes are still the same as yesterday, the convertible worth over $51,000, a great $40,000 gem package, a beautiful $52,000 sportboat, and the all cash, all fun, $25,000! Four cards can be picked and John chooses the W card. To win what's inside that envelope, he has to figure out a Phrase.
First, RSTLNE will be revealed.
Now he must pick three more consonants and a vowel, which his picks are similar to his last picks. He chooses C, D, P, and O.
That is a bit more help, but can he figure this one out?
After an incorrect guess, ON HERD, he is able to solve ON GUARD! I'm sure his mother and sister would like what he won, the $40,000 gem package! And that brings his 2-day total up to $61,000 cash and gems! (and be on the lookout for the next episode's recap coming later tonight!)
