Pre-Show Skit: A man dressed up as a $5,000 wedge is lecturing Pat on what to land on. If it has to be Bankrupt first, fine, but the people want $5,000!
Christmas Eve is here for me to recap and it's time to get into the Holiday Season spirit by getting to work! Here we go.
It's a giving time of year, so $1,000 will be given to the contestant that solves an Event.
*Debra pushes the ringer*
This is the time of the year where most families would have a FAMILY REUNION and Debra knew that, so she has $1,000!
Patrick:
Debra: $1,000
Meghan:
Missolves: 0
These three players are here to get some money for Christmas presents or receive some fabulous gifts right here!
Debra Hawn: Cheese maker, she makes cheese, all kinds of cheese and sells them to the Farmer's Markets and local retail stores.
Meghan Brown: Recently graduated with a degree in annual health and will be taking a state boards test to be a licensed veterinarian technician. She's also a personal assistant.
Patrick Doherty: Sixth grade math teacher, coaches seventh and eighth grade basketball, and likes to run marathons. He will also be going to graduate school in Spring 2008.
Three players looking to grab all of the cash and prizes they could get, but unlike stores (most of the time), they have to work for it, so it's Toss-up time.
$2,000 tossup time, the puzzle's On the Map!

Prize On the Wheel: From CreditCards.com, get all of the Christmas presents you need with this $5,000 shopping spree! If you don't know how much this is worth... it's valued at $5,000.
$2,500 is the top non-flat rate dollar amount on the wheel, but the $10,000 golden 1/3 on the wheel is something you might want! A punctuational Same Name is this round's category.
Patrick solved the last tossup, so he'll be going first this round, but he's off to a rough start with a Bankrupt. Debra calls every letter in the second word, but duds with a G on the purple $600 next to $2,500. Meghan starts with a $900 R, but ends quickly with Lose a Turn. So far, everyone lost their turn in a different way! Patrick puts the C and L up...
Patrick is sitting on $700 and he solves VICTORY & SANTA'S LAP for that to be bumped to $1,000.
Patrick: $3,000
Debra: $1,000
Meghan:
Bankrupts: 1 (Patrick - $0)

Debra: $5,150
Meghan:

Duds: 0
Missolves: 0
Jackpot Not Won: $6,800 (Low-Ball)
It's the Big Money & Mystery Round, the mystery wedges are now on the wheel and one of them holds $10,000! But the other hides a Bankrupt. The Big Money Wedge is also on the wheel, which could be worth as much as $25,000 with one spin of the wheel! Phrase is the category for this big round and it's also a Prize Puzzle!
Meghan gets to start the round and her first spin is a $3,500 spin! She calls an N, and there are two of them! She then buys the As and lights up the D, completing the second word. The Big Money Wedge is at $25,000 this next spin, but she misses it by landing on $600, though she still gets $1,200 worth of Rs. She buys an E and an I and then calls FOUR Ts, but only on $300. Her next buy is an O, but her next consonant is a dud, an S on $400. Patrick finishes off the vowels and calls a couple consonants before dudding with a G on $450. Debra calls the C...
She won't be scoring big this round, but she will have COMPLETE AND UTTER RELAXATION in Costa Rica. VacationCompare.com offers this trip and it's a $5,000 vacation!
Patrick: $3,000
Debra: $10,700
Meghan:

Missolves: 0
Big Money Wedge $$ Won/Lost: $0 Gained/$0 Lost because of it.

This is a low scoring game, but let's see if it can be fixed with this next tossup. This puzzle is a Thing!
*Meghan buzzes in*
She catches up to Patrick with CRACKLING FIRE!
Patrick: $3,000
Debra: $10,700
Meghan: $3,000
Missolves: 0
Time for Round 4 and the $5,000 wedge on the wheel, here comes a Quotation.
Meghan starts with two Ts worth $1,800,but duds with an S on the red $800 afterwards. Patrick then calls a bad R on the green $300. Debra calls the Ns and then it's Speedup time!
Pat will give the wheel a final spin...
Patrick:
Debra: $600
Meghan: $1,800
Final Spin Result:
$5,000
Very nice spin by Pat! Vowels are worth nothing and consonants are $6,000 a piece!
Now I present to you, this table.
Well, that was a quick table...
Debra quotes AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT for $12,600!
Patrick: $3,000
Debra: $23,300
Meghan: $3,000

The wheel lands on the N in BONUS. Rhyme Time is the Bonus Round category.
R, S, T, L, N, and E will be her free presents.
And now she has to work, three more consonants and a vowel she has to pick. She's hoping DCBO will help her get a big gift...
Not really any help here... but it's possible and she has 10 seconds to solve.
She has only one guess and it's incorrect, MAP YOUR LAP. She misses out on the chance to be a Volkswagen Passat owner, but she still has $23,300 and she's going to Costa Rica.
