Out of order, Mystery, out of order!
Not exactly, someone requested that I do this episode, so I'm doing it! Enjoy this recap.
-----------------------------------------------
From the Sony Pictures Studios, it's Wheel of Fortune with an overload of $250 wedges! And here are today's trio of players.
Susan Potter: An attorney who just recently graduated law school. In her spare time, she hits the holes, the green, and if she's competitive, the golf cart in rage.
Gina Figliolo: A receptionist with fashiony, white shoes for good luck and good looks.
Tim Goodland: Not much to say except that he jumps out of airplanes.
Lots of money and prizes can be won today, so let's not waste any time!
The beautiful sparkly green $1,000 is our top dollar amount for this first round, the Free Spin chip and the Surprise are also out there. First puzzle of the night is Same Name.
Susan won the draw backstage, so she's up first. She hits the tan $300 on her first spin and that's good for three Ls. Right after that, she Bankrupts to give what she got from the Ls away. Gina now has a turn and wants no whammies on her first spin. Wrong game show! She duds with an N on the orange $300. Then Tim lands on the teal $500 and gets no Cs. Susan puts the M up, but then calls a bad Y on $800. Gina can do no better with a dud B on the teal $300. Tim lands on the first $250 of the day, and the tan $250 is the lucky winner. He gets an F up there and a $500 D, but he's dudding while buying with an I. Susan gets a P in the puzzle and completes the first and third words with E and A. Then comes the G...
And Susan's off to an early start by solving MAPLE & GOLD LEAF for $1,700!
Susan: $1,700
Gina:
Tim:
Bankrupts: 1 (Susan - $900)
Lose a Turns: 0
Duds: 5 (Susan - Y - $900), (Gina (2) - N, B - both with $0), (Tim - (2) C, I - $0, $500)
Missolves: 0
Round 2 is offering a $2,500 wedge on the wheel, a $10K golden third, and a prize on the wheel! It's a $2,500 shopping spree at Giorgio Armani, clothing company. That's a thing called FASHION out on the wheel. Now on the puzzleboard is a very big Phrase.
Gina starts this big puzzle round and starts it with an R. But she calls the first dud this round right after, an S on the tan $250. Tim lands on the Surprise and picks it up with three Ts, the surprise is that he hits Bankrupt to give it up right after! Susan LATs immediately after. Back to Gina, who gets a $600 L in there before dudding with C on the red $900. Tim lights FOUR Hs on $900 for a quick $3,600, but then quickly gives his turn away with a dud P on the other $900, the red one. Susan puts up a couple consonants before buying SIX Es. Then she calls the Ds and grabs the Free Spin. After getting some more letters in there...
She says WHEN THEY MADE YOU THEY BROKE THE MOLD for $2,050 more.
Susan: $3,750 (Free Spin)
Gina:
Tim:
Bankrupts: 1 (Tim - Surprise)
Lose a Turns: 1 (Susan - $0)
Duds: 3 (Gina (2) - S, C - $600, $1,200), (Tim - P - $3,600)
Missolves: 0
Time for the Jackpot Round, that wedge will increase with every spin of the wheel and will be completely useless if no one solves on it. And tonight's JR is brought to you by Bravo Credit because if you actually spend wisely, bravo! The Jackpot Round category is an Event.
Tim stats Round 3 and he gets thee Ss up there and right after that, A dud comes along, Tim doesn't like that. Susan hits Lose a Turn after putting up a T, so she hands in her Free Spin. She calls the Ns on $600 and uncovers yet again, a six pack of Es! Susan does more spinning and buying before Lose a Turn demands that she loses her turn this time. Gina hits Bankrupt right after to lose nothing... except her turn. Tim is working now...
And solves what's going on in DC, a WHITE HOUSE PRESS CONFERENCE for $1,050 less than Susan's current total.
Susan: $3,750 (Free Spinless)
Gina:
Tim: $2,700
Bankrupts: 1 (Gina - Turn)
Lose a Turns: 2 (Susan (2) - $400, $1,600)
Duds: 1 (Tim - A - $1,550)
Missolves: 0
Round 4 is here and so is the $5,000 wedge looking as silvery as ever! Star & Role is this Round 4 category.
And it's a rare three liner Round 4+ puzzle! Susan will start Round 4 and she gets a few consonants and the As up there before... the bells make some noise.
And like aways, that sound means Pat has to do some spinning!
Susan: $1,500
Gina:
Tim:
Final Spin Result:
$800
Pat did it again! Vowels are worth nothing and consonants are $800 a piece.
And now, I present to you, the Speedup Table.
Gina solves SUSAN LUCCI AS ERICA KANE, from the former soap opera, All My Children, for $2,400 and she's on the board!
Susan: $3,750
Gina: $2,400
Tim: $2,700
LATE PERFECTION!
Bankrupts: 0
Lose a Turns: 0
Duds: 0
Missolves: 0
Low Maingame Winnings: $8,850
Here come the Bonus Round prizes available to be won for today's show and available for Susan to win! There's a $41,000 price tag on the Saab convertible. A sailboat worth almost $22,000. And there's a trip to Monte Carlo in the Riviera worth a little less than $22,000 as well. There's also a Buick worth a bit less than $33,000 and finally, the $25,000 cash! They are all stored in these five cards and she has to pick one.
Susan is going for what's inside W. Her Bonus puzzle to solve tonight is a shrunken version of Thing.
It's only five letters, that counts as small! RSTLNE are in there somewhere, but where?
We're quickly at the 40% completion mark, but now Susan must pick three more consonants and a vowel. HMDA..
...will NOT help at all! It's still very much possible, however and she has ten seconds to work it out. She guesses CRUISE before the timer starts, but that's still wrong. Then she guesses GREASE about eight seconds afterwards, which is obviously, also wrong. She can't figure out this puzzle.
Add an S onto it and you get our administrator.
But Susan missed out on this nice PRIZE, the sailboat. But she has $3,750 in cash and she may *unlikely* be eligible for the Friday Finals.
Not exactly, someone requested that I do this episode, so I'm doing it! Enjoy this recap.
