Debra won the draw backstage, so she'll be the first to try out the puzzle. She immediately takes the Free Spin off the wheel and calls the two Rs for the $400 under it, followed by uncovering three Ts for $250 each. Then she makes a purchase of three Es before spinning again and calling the trio of Ls on the purple variant of $250. Then she spins yet again an barely makes it past Bankrupt for a couple of Bs. Then she buys the Is and as it turns out, there are a half a dozen of them! She spins again, but this time Bankrupt gets her. She's going to keep her Free Spin, so we'll head to Jackie and she hits the top dollar for a Y! Then she buys a triple O, followed by another spin for an F. She makes a U buy next before she LATs her turn away. Melanie puts up the D, G & Ns making her total $2,800 that will be sitting because she hits Lose a Turn. Debra completes the rest of the letters...

Jackie's going to start this round and she gets a $200 T in the puzzle before being fooled by the two letter words, she calls a dud F on $150. Melanie calls the pair of Ss on $750, but then she also duds with an H on the yellow $500. Back to Debra and she starts off big with a $2,500 hit and a single N! Then she calls the two Ls for $600 more and makes a couple purchases, three As and a dud I. We now go to Jackie and she calls the W to double her score and after that, she'll pick up that Chicago trip and for $150 under it... she calls that X! She wants to solve...



Jackie has done AS WELL AS CAN BE EXPECTED, she won $550 and the trip.

Melanie will begin this round and she immediately duds with an S on the purple $250. We go over to Debra and she hits Bankrupt on her first spin. She'll use the Free Spin, but her perfect rotation spin strength is headng her right back to that Bankrupt. Over to Jackie, she puts up an N and then a couple of Rs before her first purchase of O is a dud. Melanie tries it again, but she isn't doing any better with a dud T on the red $600. Debra calls the M for $150, but then she calls a bad D on $800. Jackie calls the fifth dud, a C, so it's back to Melanie and she puts up the P, followed by an E buy before calling a W on the yellow $900 that will cost her her turn. Debra fills in the remaining consonants...
