There's a lot of cash and prizes floating around inside the Sony Pictures Studios and perhaps, one of these three contestants will be able to win a lot of it! Plus, Kristin Wilda, the former champion has been retired and now there are three new contestants competing.
Sheila McFaye: Training to be a public speaker and personal development instructor. Also from the very great state of New Jersey.
Wayne Adams: He's a freelance writer for local businesses.
Mokihana Itimura: Yep, you guessed it, she's from Hawaii. "Mokie" works for an attorney full-time and another one part-time.
Now that the new three contestants have been met & greeted, it's time to play the game.
The top dollar for this round is $1,000 in glitteriness, these players are playing for cash and the first puzzle is a hyphenated Thing.
Numbers were drawn before the show and Sheila has the right to go first. She takes the first spin of the night and it flirts with $1,000, but clings right on to the yellow $500 for a triple N. Then she finds another triple, T, and goes into shopping mode, climbing a ladder of increasing appearances of vowels - one E, two Is, and three Os. After Sheila gets a double S on $900...
...she solves SLOW-MOTION INSTANT REPLAY for $3,450!

Prize #1 on the Wheel: It's the Victoria bowl designed by Lalique, valued at $2,810.
For Round 2, the $2,500 wedge is the new top dollar, the prize & Double Play are also in the cardboard mix now and the next puzzle is a very big Next Line Please.
Wayne will begin this round and it starts off with a $1,200 package of Ns, followed by one T and a quadruple R, those Rs on $750. After buying four Es and hitting the red $300 for a trio of Hs, his score almost doubles with two Ss for $2,500 each! Then Wayne picks two Cs on the purple $400 and grabs the Surprise with the Fs. Next, he buys the O & U and he spins one last time for a pair of Ls...
Wayne figures out FOUR CALLING BIRDS THREE FRENCH HENS for $11,300 and the Surprise! Before we talk about the Surprise, Wayne can earn an extra $500 if he can give us the next line please.
Wayne's Guess: TWO TURTLE DOVES

Now both the top dollar & template have upgraded, now the top dollar is a glittery pink $3,500 and there's a $10,000 wedge now on the wheel! Person is the category and it's a... very small one.
Mokihana (or "Mokie", her nickname) will be starting this round and she quickly duds with an S on the red $500. Her turn will get back quickly, since Sheila & Wayne dud back to back with T & N on the red $600 & blue $200. Mokie reaches the $10,000 wedge, but it glides right into the Bankrupt slice. That allows Sheila to spin up the Double Play and take it with an R! She hands it in immediately and her doubled spin ends up the pink $300, doubled to $600. She chooses D and there's a duo, giving her $1,200. Next, she buys a vowel and the A's a dud, so we go to Wayne. He lands on the pink $600 twice in a row on the same spot for a C & an H. Then he wants to buy a vowel and E isn't going to work. Mokie finds every other consonant...

Sheila will start this fourth round and she does, but with a bad N on $700. Play goes to Wayne and his first spin clings on to the blue $500 for a duo of Ts and then his next spin glides into $5,000 where he'll receive one L! Wayne spins two more times and buys the A...

The game is over, Wayne's the big winner with $23,656 in cash and prizes, now it's time for the Bonus Round where he could win a whole lot more. Check out these prizes:
All of them are concealed in these four envelopes...
Wayne snips the L card and now he's presented with a Thing.
RSTLNE are all common letters and they'll be displayed in this puzzle.
Again, a good amount of Ls plus an E. It's time for three more consonants and a vowel, Wayne chooses BGDO, very similar to Andy's usual picks...
That completes the second word, now all Wayne has to do is fill in the first...
...and he quickly does, Wayne solves YULE LOG and now he's got an envelope to look into!

Wayne's taking home the $25,000 in cash and that brings his one-day total to $48,656 in cash and prizes!
-----------------------------
Also to note - this is the episode where Pat cuts Vanna's hair... or at least takes a "little" snip. So Pat tells Vanna that he's going to cut a very little amount of hair off of her head and Vanna asks Pat if she could trust him with that. She hesitantly agrees to let pat cut her hair a bit and Pat does so... he takes out a whole lot of it much to Vanna's shock. There's a lesson to be learned here... never trust Pat Sajak.
And at least 17 different people each got a piece of Vanna White's hair. Very lucky audience members.
