Found it on eBay, and taken straight from a TV. Based on the lack of category displays, it predates March 15, 1978 and was simply taken at a point where the category card wasn't shown...although the puzzle (_ _ _ TS / _ _ / L _ _ _ in case it disappears; alternate copy here) isn't among my notes.
The description is very generic, but I'm trying to get some info. Also...
* The 1988 Mattel electronic game (also compatible with Seasons 5 and 7)
* An audience ticket for the August 1, 1992 taping
* 1995 Kellogg's Corn Flakes (empty) box with Wheel puzzles on back
* The 1999 Parker Brothers game, which apparently doesn't show up on eBay too much
* Charlie O'Donnell obituary by the Los Angeles Times
* SEW (likely a sewing machine) Prize wedge with Pat and Vanna's autographs, sent by Wheel to an auction house
* One of Pressman's travel games from 1988, although I don't recognize it (it's silver, possibly unpainted?)
