Somebody (forgot who, sorry) once suggested a bullet list for the Prize Puzzle section of the History Wiki's "Gameplay Elements" page, to better illustrate the use of overly specific or contrived puzzles than the two already listed (WHERE DO I PICK UP MY SKI-LIFT TICKETS? and EXPERIENCE LIFE IN THE CARIBBEAN, both royal steaming stinkers).
So I'm wondering -- what are your personal "favorites"? Mine are GRILLED GERMAN BRATWURST (January 27, 2009) and I LOVE MY PASSPORT PHOTO (February 24, 2012).

I don't think we should list specific examples at all, since I want the tone of the Wiki to be fairly neutral. Saying that fans criticize the PP is fine, but we don't need to cite examples.

I feel no need to prevent people from making such lists on this site, however...so post away.

I agree with all the examples cited except for the bratwurst one. By adding the "German" to it, it suggests you'll be getting authentic German ones, not a Johnsonville from the supermarket.

The two worst Prize Puzzles I can think of are:
*GLEAMING WHITE SAND BEACH (9-19-2007) (yes, the one contestant Becki blew $33K plus yet-to-be-revealed $6K trip by saying "BEACHES". When I first saw that round and its missolve, I was wondering why the audience went into such an uproar, yet the puzzle-solved cue didn't play, not realizing on my part that she blew the solve.) *TOTALLY AWESOME WATER PARK (2-16-2011)

Well, tonight added a definitive clunker to the list...
"YOU'LL LOVE THE DUTY-FREE SHOPPING"? Really? Does anyone even say that? Is duty-free shopping even that good? Do most people even know about duty-free shopping? Just... why?

For those who don't know what duty-free shopping is.Either way, duty-free shopping is not something people think of when they go traveling. This is why they need to stop using Phrase for the Prize Puzzles since they absolutely insist keeping them around...I know people didn't like the What Are You Doing? puzzles, but they at least made more sense than these non-Phrase Phrases.
