So, I checked out a book on game shows at the library recently. "The Quiz Show" by Su Holmes, to be exact. It's a very in-depth book on various topics related to game shows. In one section, she talks about the impact of internet fandoms. Unfortunately, Holmes did her research in 2007, before Wheel of Fortune Lovers came to be, but she did take a look and the old official Sony boards, and even mentioned one well-known member who is also a contributor to this site...Andy (an007)!

Congratulations, Andy! Did you know about this? I couldn't believe what I read when I was on that page. If only Ms. Holmes had waited another 4 years or so to do her research. She would have had a lot more to say about this forum.
