It's sad to lose a great TV icon. Dick would be missed.

At least he's now reunited with his co-hort Charlie O'Donnell. As mentioned in the Charlie O tribute last season, Charlie worked with Dick on American Bandstand (but very few of us know that).

He'll also be reunited with Ed McMahon, who co-starred with Dick on TV Bloopers and Practical Jokes and did the American Family Publishers (if that's right) ads.

Yeah, that's right, American Family Publishers/Sweepstakes (who, similar to PCH had a $10 million super prize that increased to $11 million in the late '90's). Some considered it a rip-off of PCH.
