Hello everyone, and greetings to you all. This is my first post on this board, so please be gentle. I should also say that I am very glad to be here. Before I get into my conundrum, a little background info. I have a nephew, and like his father (my brother-in-law) and his uncle (me) have a deep love of all game shows. My nephew especially loves Wheel of Fortune. A few days ago, I go over to their house, and have some time with my nephew, and I see a number of paper wheels all over the place. His own attempt at making a WoF wheel. Then my idea it me, I am going to make a replica, and then once I learn to make the replica, I take the necessary supplies to him and we make a wheel together. I'm not looking to make something actual size clearly, but what I do need is the dimensions of all aspects of the wheel. I need: - The dimensions of the actual wheel itself
- The dimensions of the actual wedges
- The dimensions of the actual center circle
I would take those dimensions and bring them down to a smaller scale, so if any of you can help me out, I'd be forever grateful. I'd hope that it might lead to more game show related props that I can make in my spare time. Again, thank you all in advance for any help at all. Sincerely, Scott

Welcome, scooterdust. I happen to know the actual dimensions of all of those. The Wheel itself has a radius of 90 inches (7'6"). Each individual wedge (at its maximum length/width) is 12"x28" So if you do the math, 90 - (28 x 2), the center circle has a radius of 34 inches (2'10") If you have any more questions, don't hesistate to ask us.

Thank you so much! My plan is to start with the actual dimensions and just shrink them appropriately, while at the same time, creating new ones and have an exponential combination of wheel configurations. So many that with one spin of the wheel, you'll go to warp speed.

Oops, I meant diameter, not radius. :-[
