As many of you know, next season will be Jeopardy's 29th season. Almost every season there's at least one minor or major change to the show (e.g. the theme being remixed, a new set, etc.).
Since the current set and theme are not that old, we will probably not see any updates in terms of the set and theme music. My suggestions for Season 29 are:
- the giant monitor between Alex and the contestants only displays the Jeopardy! logo (even during FJ!) and Alex would be standing in front of the board when he reveals the category and clue
- the set changes from blue to red for DJ! and FJ!
- Alex goes back to walking through the sliding doors during the introductions
- the College Championship goes to a university campus
- move the contestant interviews to after the Jeopardy round (a throwback to the days when the grid set was used)
- have an exhibition 2-game match between Ken Jennings, Brad Rutter, and Roger Craig or Watson against Jennings and Craig
- bring back the swooshing sound in the introduction
- dollar amounts pop in on the board at the start of the DJ! round
What other suggestions do you guys have?

1. Jeopardy! should have the 2008 high pitched theme music.
2. Trebek to allow each of the contestants to read the categories for the J!, DJ! and FJ! rounds.
3. a special sweepstakes a year before J! celebrates it's 30th year next year.
4. J! to air 10 episodes in NYC in May 2013.
5. allow the viewers to vote who will compete on Celebrity Jeopardy! 2013.

I say guarantee Ken Jennings a seat at any Celebrity invitational. He *is* a celebrity after all, isn't he?

^ Seems legit. Then again, so was that Wheel logo that popped up over a year ago, and that was never put to use, but we'll see...

And it's also possible next seasons title card could seem fairly similar to this seasons title card, just like the one used last season seemed fairly similar to the one used in Season 26.

Another suggestion I have is new categories that are currently used on Wheel: Around the House, Food & Drink, Same Name, Same Letter, Show Biz

Because people want to discuss Jeopardy. It's fine, even if some of the suggestions are nonsense.
As for my suggestion, it's simple. Change absolutely nothing. The show's fine.

Definitely not the sequence with the bubbles. Just looks too awkward. The 2nd one is much better. Granted, these say 2011--maybe they were ideas for last season...

If I'm not mistaken, Jeopardy!'s already using Food & Drink (they've used it before, I've seen it happen; just not used as On the Menu).
