Agshin, which literally means "a moment," is the longest running program in Mongolian television. It's heavily modeled after Russia's Поле Чудес (Pole Chudes, poh-leh chu-dee-ez, Field of Wonders).
I just so happened to have accidentally found this version of Wheel after looking for some information about a Russian Wheel game that I recently found a gameplay clip of on YouTube. I eventually found that this is from a newly released game for the PC.
As I was Googling images of Russian Wheel, I found a picture that seemed to be just a Russian Wheel parody, but I still decided to check it out. It proved to be a good decision as it was an article about Mongolia's version. webzine.kofice.or.kr/201108/eng/sub_03_02.asp
