I wouldn't mind giving one of the rounds a shot also. Which ones are you doing germanname?

I think the lowest amount in Round 3 should be $75; that would make the lowest amounts $25-$50-$75-$100. But that's just me...

I have been thinking about that myself, but noting that all of round 3's values were multiples of $50, I wanted to keep it that way.

Mario, any suggestions on where to put a Big Money Wedge for my R3 layout that you made?

How about over the $550?

^ That works, even if it means $550 is holding a "special" wedge in two different rounds.

The only other possible candidates would be the green $400, which is too close to top dollar, and the $750, which is already next to "secondary big money".

germanname found where I've been hosting my own Wheel games and was curious about the layouts I was using. They've actually changed a few times (though you may note a loose basis with actually used wheels, especially the 1995 layouts in Rounds 1 and 3 and the 2009 layout in Round 2); this is how they look right now. As with the Australian Million Dollar Wheel of Fortune layouts I posted on the Historic Layouts thread, the left one is the loaded wheel and the right one is the bare layout. Round 1 (with furniture as the example first wheel prize): Round 2 (with a trip to Germany as the example second wheel prize): Round 3. If you're curious about the backs of the Mystery wedges, Bankrupt looks the same way as it does on the wheel itself and the appearance of the other follows the format of the other prize wedges. I did $10,000 for the first match, but since then I've preferred inexpensive vehicles. Round 4 is fixed as a speedup and is always the same as the bare Round 3. Bonus Round (left is the Million Dollar Wheel which has yet to be used, right is the regular wheel). Unlike the wedges in the main game, where the prizes are basically what I feel like offering (though the second wheel prize, like the sole wheel prize on the actual show, is almost always a trip), the car wedges are by far the most commonly used and should be considered part of the normal layout, not mere examples of bonus prizes.

Here are some layouts that I made that show what I think the Goen daytime Wheels would look like throughout the years if the series was still on today; including what I think they should have been in 1989. A couple of these are similar to layouts that Germanname and WheelGenius made a while back, so I have to give them credit for that. 1989: 1996: 2000: 2006: 2008: 2012: What do you think?

They're fantastic, but I just realized I forgot to put something in here. germanname.deviantart.com/art/Bob-Goen-Round-4-Parody-81991675I forgot to include a $500 space. Even so, this was my style back in the Spring of 2008. It's become outdated, and you can tell it is by looking at the considerably narrow orange $100. So, I might as well make an update sooner or later.

Here's something I've created for round 4 and after. The game gets pretty risky at this point, but there's more of the green stuff out there. In addition, I've used a partial season 30 layout and the late 90s wheel colors! Thanks to: - wheelgenius for the dollar values, $7500 wedge, $5000 wedge, Free Play wedge (slightly altered so that it fits), and Bankrupt wedges - MarioGS for the $25000 wedge - germanname for the wheel template Made with MS paint and OpenOffice.org Draw

They've actually changed a few times (though you may note a loose basis with actually used wheels, especially the 1995 layouts in Rounds 1 and 3 and the 2009 layout in Round 2); Here's a reconstruction of how they looked in my first SCWoF. Note that top dollar is gold in all rounds; Bankrupt is lettered in black; Free Play, the Mystery Wedges, and the wheel center have a notably different appearance; and the Mystery and Jackpot rounds have switched places. The loaded layouts are on the left; the bare ones are on the right. As before, Round 4 is a fixed speedup that necessarily used the bare Round 3 wheel. I actually changed my mind about the layouts for Rounds 2 and 3 mid-game; here are what I was thinking of doing as the bare layouts at first (originally planned bare Round 2 on left; originally planned bare Round 3 on right): More past SCWoF layouts to come. (I'd kind of like germanname to do his take of these since he's so interested in them!)

could somebody do a 2002 layout with this logo in the center ? REMOVED. Please see Mario's post on the proper way to post images. Attachments don't work...I've made sure of that.

Wipeoutman, you have to upload the file to an image-sharing site like imgur.com. You can't just paste the location of the file in your hard drive.

If you'd like help with that, Wipeoutman, I can help. There's Photobucket, Imageshack, and Flickr. Those are the three other sites I know of.
BTW, to StrangerCoug, I appreciate you showing me the old layouts. I have been thinking about making my own adaptions of both the old and current layouts you use. When someone wins the Million on your netgames, please let me know. I'm looking forward to hearing it.

Windows, since you're new here and I can't find the rule about it, I politely request you not request/demand wheels, which goes for everyone; I'm sure you won't do this again. These people have lives and will make the wheels on their own time. Thanks!
