(Decided it would just be easier to still post here for the time being while the other threads are being constructed. ) So I have William's wheels finally done...but before I get that up, a little preview of how mine looks (credit to wheelgenius and Mario)... And now, for William's wheels (same credit).

Quick request:
A modern day version of the 1996 layout, with the modern-day coloration, but the same values and font.

I realized I never posted my final two configurations for my revamped wheels...so I'll do that. The first two rounds are on the previous page. Like before, credit goes to wheelgenius for the number vectors only. Everything else is 100% mine.
This image, and all of my other images, are NOT to be reposted, modified, or reused in any way, ANYWHERE, for ANY reason, without my express permission. Thanks!

Last month someone submitted these ideas to wheelgenius for the 1974 pilot Wheels. We all know what the round 1 wheel looks like, but not the other two. This photo (taken by Dan)... ...shows part of the later round configuration. So I have taken this information and combined it with wheelgenius' creations and came up with these: The picture is kind of hard to see (particularly the orange space next to the Bankrupt which looks like it may be $300), I did the best I could. The space next to the $250 looks like it has only two digits so I made it $50, and the one next to that is yellow and the lettering on it is lower than the other wedges, so it is probably Lose a Turn; which makes sense, because it is 8 spaces away from Bankrupt and Buy a Vowel is likely 8 spaces away from Lose a Turn, so it's probably safe to say that Free Spin was only in round 1 during the pilots too, and there was only one each of the other three in the later rounds. I was skeptical about that because in 1975, there were two each of Bankrupt, Lose a Turn, and Buy a Vowel, so I wondered if the pilots did too, but I guess not. I actually had a dream last night that there were two each of those three spaces. Bankrupt and Lose a Turn were two spaces away from each other and Buy a Vowel was five spaces away from Lose a Turn, and the wheel was symetrical. By the way, Dan if you're reading this: the Wheel Configurations page is going to get updated soon with more accurate colors and some mistakes/gaps that I have discovered will be fixed. Well, that's my two cents. EDIT: Ok, I have taken a look at another photo that Brad Francini took: This photo has a better shot of the wheel and I noticed a few other things. The two digit value looks like it's $75, the Lose a Turn looks more like Free Spin, the orange space on the right side of Bankrupt looks more like $350, and the space next to that one looks gold. As such, I have updated my pilot wheels to accomodate these discoveries, including having all four special spaces in round 2 and a second Bankrupt replacing Free Spin in round 3. After I made these discoveries, I happened to come across a coversation between germanname and wheelgenius on wheelgenius' deviantart page which took place about a month ago. They seem to share most of my viewpoints. Bill, if you still want to make these I'd suggest just making the version 2 wheels. They'd make a fine edition to your gallery.

MasterH's request fulfilled, but with 2006 color arrangement if you don't mind. This is the bare layout.

Actually, I think he asked for the 1996 format, with more $250s and such.

I could make those pilot layouts for you sometime, William. I know they won't be the exact style as Wheelgenius', but close enough to satisfy you for a bit. As for what I'm about to show you guys, I don't know if this should be in the fantasy or sets and props section. It's the Wheel seen in the 1996 Sony Pictures Studio entrance. germanname.deviantart.com/art/Sony-Pictures-Studio-1996-Wheel-311168350 Now all those $000 space are one's I have no idea about. Any help would be appreciated.

I wasn't asking anyone to make them for me, I was just putting that out there. If you want to make those and add them to deviantart page, that's fine I guess. You may want to hold off though; I have made another discovery and am going to modify my post to show what I have found.

Yes, I was referring to the 1996 format. That one's pretty good though.

$1000, top dollar value for our first round. We are playing for cash.
Nice job, and speaking of cash, I came up with an idea for my Wheel layouts, offering more cash than ever, and bringing back an element from 1975. Don't worry, it's not that nightmarish Buy A Vowel wedge. After all, that was 1973 element.

I took one of the earliest prototypes for the Raw Thrills arcade game and converted the ticket values to dollar values. This would probably be a pain to play with...

Very cool, MarioGS, reminds me of plans I've made with Stern's 2007 layout. germanname.deviantart.com/art/Stern-Pinball-WOF-69005485Also, I'm still trying to find an ad for Baskin-Robbins 1996 $25,000 Bonus Win game card as well as the 1997 TV commercial promoting Bravo's Wheel an Win sweepstakes. Speaking of Baskin-Robbin's, I still remember Wheel of Fortune Choco Letter Crunch from the mid 90s. I remember an ad for it too. If anyone finds that as well, please let me know.

That looks great, George! I just have a couiple of suggestions. First, there are two $500s (yellow and blue, right of the top dollar value) separated by just one wedge. I'd either change the yellow $500 to another value like $750 or switch the yellow $500 and purple $600. Second, I think the MDW would look better on the other side of the Wheel, away from the top dollar value. Maybe put it two wedges right of the Lose A Turn. That would cover up the nice $900, though, so maybe switch the red $900 and pink $300 so that the MDW covers that instead, or switch the red $900 and red $800 so that the two $800s aren't that close together. Also, with the wedge two right of top dollar now free, the Mystery Wedge can go there and be directly across from the one next to LAT.

Thanks for the suggestions Mario. I was just trying to come up with a layout using the current wheel wedges (minus $700 of course). It was also based on colour schemes as well, not so much dollar values.
I'll tell you my process for the layout. As you can see the Bankrupts, LAT and top dollar are all equally spaced from one another. That was the base for the layout. Then I placed the four pink wedges, including the FP, center to the 4 main points. Then I did all the 3 colours (blue, purple, teal/green, and red) Again trying to get them as evenly spaced as possible. The oranges and yellows just kind took the leftover spots, again getting them evenly spaced as possible. From that it was a lot of rearranging dollar values which, as easy as it sounds, was a huge game of WOF Chess.
Before you even posted, I had already switched the Red $900 and $800 because of the two $800's being so close. The $500's being close doesn't really bother me as much, especially since the MDW is covering up the Yellow $500 most of the game anyway and the Blue $500 is also covered up for a majority of the game as well. I was considering nearby dollar values and the TD, 6, 5, 9, 5 didn't bother me much.
As far as the MDW was concerned, I like it where it is. If I move it to the other side where you suggested it would make it a very... penalty infested half. Leaving the top half very open for dollar values. I had to add some danger in there.
In a relatively big nut shell, that was my thought process through all of this.
