Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that quite a few posts have been made that are not exactly legal. That is to say, linking to ROMs of Wheel of Fortune games, linking to your own game that you made, etc.
Why is this illegal? Because, unless you can prove to me otherwise, you don't have any kind of legal or intellectual rights to those games. So don't do it, and don't post them. If you continue to do so, the last thing anyone here wants is a lawsuit, in turn shutting the site down with a cease and desist order, because something got violated. We take the laws very seriously here; the companies have a right to their product, show, etc.
You wanna make games, post them here? Only if the game you made is original. The only exception, as stated before, is if you have actual rights to the game, or the game show, which I doubt any of us do here.
Posts violating this notice will be deleted, and users doing so may be suspended.
