I don't even know why they bother doing a reaction shot of the contestants for every single WC, gift tag, or first 1/2 Kia hit because those never get any reaction from anyone (Which I don't mind much. Even the Free Spin and Double Play didn't get much reaction in the Sony era.). And Lisa was the only one clapping on the Prize hit (which I don't mind as much as when this happens on top dollar or Jackpot hits). And must they insist on zooming in on the contestant whenever they hit top dollar without an audience reaction? It's fine when there is one, but when they do the zoom and there isn't, it just makes things more awkward. It's like watching a sitcom before a laugh track is added in. And that's pretty sad that the audience faield to care about three CONSECUTIVE big spins which all led to a big win, but did "ohh" over a near miss with Bankrupt. And nice to hear that they didn't retire the "awww" package. -_- Wheel really needs to do something about this jaded atmosphere. Even Pat acknowledged it in a recent interview. If it weren't for that, I'd just be saying what WarioSajak often says (that the show just doesn't care anymore).
