Later, Phil uncovers a $3,500 D, but the same BANKRUPT cleans him out of $6,150; both men each have three BANKRUPTS to their name. Kyle then decides to end this round right now...

Another ugly round with a pretty overdescriptive puzzle. F&D is more acceptable for a PP in general, but just SOFT-SHELLED CRABS or COCONUT-CRUSTED CRABS would have been fine. The latter could have been Same Letter. Even better.
