Personally, I'm for quite a lot of the stuff Richards has brought to the table. As a radio announcer myself, I know, you have to constantly evolve and change certain aspects (note: not all), in order to stay fresh, and not just try to please your core fanbase. Doing that will most likely result in failure. There are few things that I wish he'd stop doing (some of the setups), but for the most part, I'm reasonably satisfied with what I see.
