Well guess who missed the premiere today! THIS GUY! I had a good reason though, tennis practice. The team's first preseason tennis match is on Wednesday so I'll probably miss tomorrow too  Oh how having DVR would be amazing. |

I know, but I usually make it a habit to watch the first episode of the season. Just for posterity I guess. I do have to say one thing though. I hate the new scoreboard screens. I've seen the clips and what not and those screens are way to bulky. They don't look good at all.

What those screens did at one point was show SPA GETAWAYS stretch across it. Ew.
I feel that there should be something dividing the screens. A black line, perhaps?

Technically there is a black line, but they're hard to see. They're three angled monitors, not one long curved one.

Yep, each is separated by a black line. It's noticeable right from the top when "SPA FANTASY" stretches across all three screens.

I like the monitors in the sense that they show the theme of the week during the top of the show but that's all they're good for IMO. Then the sides light up white to indicate a players turn. If they wanted to do that why didn't they do a modern twist on the old eggcrate displays. I hated when the new screens were installed during Season 25 but I loved them when they added the LED lighting around them. This... just looks amateurish and sloppy.

I agree with you on the season 25 to 29 podiums, Mario. They look way better than the current ones.
