I saw my brothers watching The Colbert Report when I notice the WOF layout was showing. Stephen was making fun of the new USA Today logo, and he was showing most of the pictures that it rounded. Nothing much about it, it just a layout from the wikipedia page.   |

For Pete's sake, I don't know why this made-for-Wikipedia Wheel layout has to be used all over the dang place. Mine, and MarioGS' layouts look very much like the real thing.

It's very simple. It's the first result on Google Images when you search "wheel of fortune". People are too lazy to look further for an actually accurate layout. |

It's just a show. Not everything has to be 100% accurate if it's on for like only 10 or so seconds.

It's not just the show. It's popping up everywhere. If you do a google search, I can pretty much guarantee the picture will be one of the first row of photos. If you want, I can create a wiki account and with permission from either Mario or wheelgenius I can try to upload one of their layouts.
